目前國內(nèi)外的純蒸汽發(fā)生器只能產(chǎn)出“飽和”純蒸汽，對于遠(yuǎn)距離(如100m以上)的設(shè)備進(jìn)行滅菌消毒時(shí)，由于蒸汽到達(dá)使用點(diǎn)時(shí)已產(chǎn)生了大量的凝結(jié)水，已不屬于純蒸汽了，而是飽和水和飽和蒸汽的混合流體，因此滅菌消毒效果較差，尤其是300米以上的遠(yuǎn)距離工藝管道滅菌消毒，根本就達(dá)不到滅菌消毒的目的。
本產(chǎn)品配有“過熱”純蒸汽發(fā)生器，可產(chǎn)出“過熱”純蒸汽，對遠(yuǎn)距離的設(shè)備進(jìn)行滅菌消毒時(shí)，“過熱”純蒸汽在到達(dá)使用點(diǎn)之前，流動(dòng)阻力和蒸汽管路散熱效應(yīng)可消除“過熱”純蒸汽的“過熱度”，轉(zhuǎn)換成不含凝結(jié)水的“飽和”純蒸汽，因此對(150—1000m)遠(yuǎn)距離的用汽點(diǎn)進(jìn)行滅菌消毒，仍具有時(shí)間短、效果好的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。對于遠(yuǎn)距離設(shè)備滅菌消毒，應(yīng)根據(jù)距離的增加適當(dāng)提高純蒸汽的“過熱度”，以保證純蒸汽的“過熱度”保持的時(shí)間長一些，這樣也就保證了蒸汽到達(dá)使用點(diǎn)的純度。
