加藥裝置是一種具投藥、攪拌、輸送液體、自動控制與一體的成套設(shè)備，它被廣泛應(yīng)用于電廠的原水、鍋爐給水、油田地面集輸脫水處理系統(tǒng)，石油化工各種加藥系統(tǒng)和廢水處理系統(tǒng)。如投加混凝劑、酸堿溶液、磷酸鹽、氨液、氧化劑、還原劑、水質(zhì)穩(wěn)定劑（緩蝕劑）、阻垢劑等。
工作原理
加藥裝置主要由溶液箱、攪拌箱（帶攪拌器）、計量泵、液位計、電控柜、管路、閥門、安全閥、止回閥、壓力表、過濾器、底座、扶梯等組成。
加藥裝置根據(jù)所需藥劑濃度，在攪拌箱內(nèi)配制，經(jīng)攪拌器拌均勻后投入溶液箱、用計理泵（加藥泵）向投藥點或指定的系統(tǒng)中輸送所配制的溶液。成套加藥裝置具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、安全簡單、操作使用簡便等特點。
